Returns / Refunds

Rustic Furniture Warehouse Sales understands that on occasion, an item may require return for exchange or other alternative. We strive to be accommodating to all of our customer needs, and seek to find equitable solutions regarding any product issue.

Products may be returned due to obvious defects in craftsmanship. Ordinary "wear-and-tear," incidental damage, staining or other similar issues that occur after the item has left our store do not qualify as defects. Any item(s) to be returned must be in new condition, unused, and with all original tags and other documents intact (if any). Unless an item(s) qualifies as defective or the order is eligible for cancellation (per below), returns are typically available for exchanges as described in the Exchanges section; refunds are not usually issued.

Purchase Cancellation

A purchase may be cancelled at any point prior to the furnishings or accessories leaving our store. This does not include items that were customized by our team, such as changes in composition, color, hardware or other treatment of the item.


In the event that you determine that you do not like your merchandise within three business days of delivery or pick up, you can return your merchandise and select something else of equal or lesser value. If you select a new/different item from the original purchase, a restocking fee may be required depending on the item. If delivery is involved, a delivery fee may be in order, depending on the delivery location.

All merchandise eligible for exchange must be in new condition, with no damage (including nicks, scratches, staining, smoke odor or other obvious change). Special order items are not eligible for exchange due to their specialized nature. For obvious precautionary reasons, mattress and bedding products, once used, are typically non-exchangeable and the sales are final.
